Rob has worked for Capital Steel Service since 1992, and has held various positions of responsibility, including Purchasing Manager, Quality Control Manager, Shop Supervisor and Vice President of Operations. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University in 1985. Prior to working at Capital Steel, he worked as a manufacturer’s rep specializing in consumer products.

Clint Galson - Production Manager
Clint has been in the steel industry for over 20 years, working in all aspects of steel fabrication. He has been with Capital Steel since 1999 and held the position of foreman from 2004 to 2012. Clint has been the Production Manager since 2012. He has an Associate Degree in specialized Technology.
Clint oversees all aspects of the shop and is responsible for outsourcing material, insuring customer requirements are met on every job, and working with the shop supervisor to ensure all processes and procedures for product quality and employee safety are met.
Scott has over 22 year’s experience in the steel industry and is very knowledgeable in the service and fabrication sides of the business. He joined Capital Steel in 2007 as Plant Manager and transitioned to sales in 2010. Previously he worked for a prominent national service center where he held various local and regional management positions. Attended LaSalle University.
Scott White - Sales Manager
Peter comes to us with fourteen years experience in every aspect of our business. His experience includes the operation of all shop equipment, including welding. In addition, he has worked his way up in various operations to Project Manager. In this position he was responsible for scheduling, system changes and purchasing. As Project Manager he was able to design and implement systems that improved the overall quality of the product.
Peter will be responsible for reviewing and upgrading our systems. In addition he will be responsible for purchasing, material control and office manager.
